e-Alarms Module

The e-Alarms Module supervises all activities on your self-check device. If any problem appears, the system will automatically send a message to our customer support and/or any person you decide should be aware of the situation.

As an example, your Front Desk is made aware that paper or key-card are missing in real time.

The module comprises over 700 predefined alarms overlooking:

-          PMS interface

-          Key Card interface

-          Credit Card interface

-          Hardware status (printer, screen, signature capture pad…)

-          User faults
